Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy

Need to cancel?

Sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No worries! Here’s a little run down of how it looks like to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

When you make an appointment you automatically agree with the following conditions:

The price to book your appointment is a downpayment. 

This price will be deducted from the total price at your appointment.

This is also a deposit. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment shorter than 3 business days before this deposit will not be refunded unfortunately.

Running late for your appointment?
Let us know via e-mail salon@dreadshop.com.
We don’t check messages via Instagram / Facebook / chat as often.

When you are more than 30 minutes late, it is possible there is not enough time left for your appointment. Contact us, then we can let you know whether there still is enough time left for your appointment.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your appointment needs to be done at least 3 work days in advance so your spot can be filled up, cancelling on shorter notice means that you will not get your deposit back.

Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail.

When you don’t show up on your appointment without letting us know, your deposit will not be refunded, and it will unfortunately not be possible to book a new appointment.
