Shipment

In the past we have had bad experiences with sending products in envelopes. They often got lost in the mail. That is why we now only send our orders with track and trace information, so you can always track the order.

When you go to the checkout on our website, you can fill out your address, then you will get an indication of the shipping time.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your product. If you'd prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.

Unfortunately you can't return dreads whe you have worn them. We have created a Facebook Marketplace where you can sell your goods. You can find it here.

You can read more information on returning here.

The shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.

Orders
