What is the shipping time and what are the shipping costs?

The higher the order value, the lower the shipping costs!

Dreadshop ships packages and mailbox packages all over the world with different shipping companies.
The shipping costs of your order will depend on different factors.
 
You can best check the shipping costs relevant for your order in your shopping cart. Our system will calculate the right shipping costs for you there.
When you are in your shopping cart you can find an overview of the shipping costs.

❗️Outside the EU, customs clearance costs are charged on parcels. Dreadshop is not responsible for these costs. Please check your countries import/ export policies.
*UK Orders: Customers are responsible for VAT and any applicable customs duties, which will be payable upon delivery. We do not charge UK VAT at checkout.

 ❗️Dreadshop sends out the orders on Monday and Thursday outside of NL, FR ,BE and DE.
For NL,DE, FR and BE we ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

** Please note that at the moment we do not offer a detailed tracking for shipments to Australia, New Zealand or Canada. Packages might take up to 30 regular days to be delivered in those locations.

Via the email address, provided by you, we will keep you posted on the status of your order.

Pre orders and back-in-stock products:

Note: for products that are temporarily not in stock, but can be pre ordered, different shipping times apply. When one of the products is not in stock the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the website.

Dreadshop only ships to real, home addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or Pick up Points. In the case of an order resend, where the original address has been stated wrong, the recipient will bear the shipping costs of the resend order.
Please check your countries tax policy if you are placing an order to an outside of the EU country. Dreadshop is not responsible for customs taxes or duties that may incur in your respective country.


Returns

Are the products not to your liking? Then you can simply get a refund.

Once we have received your products and inspected them, we will process the order and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

 You can only return products when:

  • they are unused and in the original packaging.
  • the order was received no more than 30 days ago.

Dread kits & Dread sets can only be returned as a complete package!

Shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.

As soon as we receive the return we will inspect the products, process them and refund the money.

IMPORTANT:

Be aware: we can't accept any return shipments that are sent to us from outside the European Union due to customs. If you do ship a parcel to us from outside the EU, it will automatically be returned to sender. We have created a Facebook Marketplace where you can sell your goods. You can find it here.

Please be aware that if you've received a complimentary gift with your order and you choose to return any or all of the products from that order, you are required to either return the complimentary gift along with them, or reach out to orders@dreadshop.com to arrange payment for the gift product. Until the complimentary gift is either returned or paid for, the refund for the order will be placed on hold.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. If you’d prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.|

Delivery from €20

We have set a minimum order amount of €20 EUR (excluding shipping costs) on our website. This means that you can only complete the checkout after having a minimum €20 worth of products in the cart.

Why does Dreadshop do this?

Due to rising shipping and logistics costs, we are forced to apply this change.
We use comparatively big amounts of cardboard for small orders and also the same transport costs as for slightly larger orders. This has a major impact on the sustainability of our shipping process and does not fit into our vision. Dreadshop has always tried and will continue to ship as sustainably as possible.

Thin Locks of Love Dreadlock Extensions, the perfect way to create a great look for you with Thin Dreads! The advantage of these Dreadlock Extensions is that you can wear them temporarily. You can simply braid them in your hair and easily remove them again. It is also harmless to your real hair.

Compose your own Dreadset by choosing the color(s) of your preference!
You will then receive 4 bundles of Thin Locks of Love, enough for a full head with a lot of volume. This Dreadset is composed of 2 bundles of Single Ended and 2 bundles of Double Ended Dreads. By combining these, you create the perfect distribution on your head, so that the wearing comfort is high and the Dreads fall naturally.

The Thin Locks of Love are smaller in size (thinner) than the standard Locks of Love, so you opt for a more refined look. If your hair is a bit thinner or has a maximum of normal thickness, then the Thin Locks of Love are a perfect choice! By choosing Back Length, you go for Dreads that will fall to about halfway up your back.

All our Locks of Love are made from the highest quality Henlon Hair. Mixing different colors creates a very natural color. The tips of the Dreads have a natural appearance thanks to the Henlon Hair, which also has a soft, silky appearance. Also not unimportant for your scalp: the hair is produced without any chemical coating!
