What is the shipping time and what are the shipping costs?

The higher the order value, the lower the shipping costs!

Dreadshop ships packages and mailbox packages all over the world with different shipping companies.
The shipping costs of your order will depend on different factors.
 
You can best check the shipping costs relevant for your order in your shopping cart. Our system will calculate the right shipping costs for you there.
When you are in your shopping cart you can find an overview of the shipping costs.

Outside the EU, customs clearance costs are charged on parcels. Dreadshop is not responsible for these costs.

Registered Parcel
Shipping time 10 - 14 business days

Standard Express
Shipping time 5 - 7 business days                               

Customized products will take a bit longer
Shipping time: 7 - 18 business days

Via the email address provided by you we will keep you posted on the status of your order.

Pre orders and back-in-stock products:

Note: for products that are temporarily not in stock, but can be pre ordered, different shipping times apply. When one of the products is not in stock the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the website.


Returns

Are the products not to your liking? Then you can simply get a refund.

Once we have received your products and inspected them, we will process the order and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

 You can only return products when:

  • they are unused and in the original packaging.
  • the order was received no more than 30 days ago.

Dread kits & Dread sets can only be returned as a complete package!

Shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.

As soon as we receive the return we will inspect the products, process them and refund the money.

IMPORTANT:

Be aware: we can't accept any return shipments that are sent to us from outside the European Union due to customs. If you do ship a parcel to us from outside the EU, it will automatically be returned to sender. We have created a Facebook Marketplace where you can sell your goods. You can find it here.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. If you’d prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.
