Men often choose Real Dreads
If you take a good look around, you will quite often see many men with Dreadlocks. But these men mostly wear Real Dreads. Very occasionally we have a man visit our Salon who has Synthetic Dreads installed, we often only see these men in the Salon once or twice.
Many men are more likely to choose Real Dreads. These Dreads are permanent and do not need to be taken out and reinstalled every 2-3 months. This is a reason for men to choose Real Dreads. Maintain them once in a while and then it's fine.
Men with a Dreadlock Mohawk
What we see a bit more in our Salon is men with a mohawk. Here we use Synthetic Dreads, which gives a super cool and masculine result! The nice thing about this is that the Dreads are temporary, which means for men, just like women with a full head, you will not immediately be permanently attached to Dreads.
Here too we see that men often switch to Real Dreads after they have had Synthetic Dreads a number of times.
Celebrities with Dreads
In addition, there are a lot of male celebrities with Dreads, who inspire many men. Just think of Bob Marley, Snoop Dogg and Michael B. Jordan, all men with Dreads.
Also take Justin Bieber as an example, he had Real Dreads for a while. When that took off, our mailbox exploded. These celebrities are real sources of inspiration for many men.
And we regularly receive e-mails from customers who want to have similar Dreads installed like celebrities.
Dreadlock products can be found at Dreadshop
In our range, in addition to care products for Synthetic Dreads, we also have various care products for Real Dreads. Many of these products come in a variety of scents that can be used by both men and women. So if you are in doubt about getting Dreads, don't worry about this.
