1. Wet your scalp and your Synthetic Dreads with water
When you want to wash your Synthetic Dreads thoroughly you do this in the shower. Make your scalp and your Synthetic Dreads soaking wet with water.
2. Spray the Dollylocks Cleansing Spray on your scalp and your Dreadlocks
When your scalp and your Dreadlocks are soaking wet you spray the Cleansing spray on your scalp. Try to spray on every part of your scalp.
3. Gently massage in the Cleansing Spray
After using the Cleansing Spray you can gently massage in the Cleansing spray.
Don’t do this too rough! The more rough you massage, the more chance you get loose hairs and that would be too bad!
4. Rinse your scalp and your Synthetic Dreads clean
Now rinse out the Cleansing Spray. It’s best to also rinse out your Synthetic Dreads when you do this. The Cleansing Spray will also run through your Dreadlocks.
You can repeat these steps for an extra clean result if necessary.
5. Use a Liquid shampoo for your Synthetic Dreads
When you also want to wash your Synthetic Dreads and get them to smell fresh you can use a Liquid shampoo for washing your Synthetic Dreads. Use this Liquid shampoo only on the Dreads and not on your scalp.
Rinse your Dreadlocks after this and bind them on top of your head with a big towel. You can leave in the towel for about 30 minutes, a lot of water will be absorbed from your Dreads already.
You can blow dry your Synthetic Dreads and your scalp optionally if you want to.
Below you see my video where I use the Cleansing Spray in my washing routine.
